A New Dawn

This is a high quality reproduction on art paper measuring 30 cm x 30 cm. The image was created using inks and Sennelier Soft Pastels and is based on motifs from some of the beautiful oriental textile designs that lurk around my house. The imagery of a flower rising over the horizon was unintended, but summarises my current situation perfectly - a new beginning that echoes the past - the work I was making prior to the fallow year I have just had was all about flowers!
